who we are
We exist to help you establish, connect to, build and sustain your community. For the greater good. Common and Unity are found in the word Community. In this world that seems to be more and more divided by differences, we have our humanity in common.
We partner with you to dig deeply into organizations and provide accurate advice and new perspectives and support for real benefit. We do this by listening, observing, and working with you to create a more effective environment and deeper impact. And we like to stick around for the journey – for the greater good.
how we stand out
We work with individuals and organizations to develop and support collaborative strategies to have impact and create thriving selves and environments. We bring groups together to overcome real, perceived, and societal barriers to realize their capacity and have the greatest impact. Coming together to increase individual and collective impact for the greater good.
Kathy Solberg
My brand is compassion, connectedness and positivity. I want my legacy to be seen in other’s realization of their own potential and the impact they make with that knowing. I advance that best in my leadership and life today by gathering groups from 2 -200 to work together to be their best selves.
Why I do what I do?
When you don’t have something, you often focus on how to make it happen or obtain that. For me, that something was ‘community’. My life’s work has been creating, maintaining, connecting, supporting and growing community. I help people to know they are not alone, see them, and foster insights and connections to be their best. Personally. Professionally. Think of me as a personal trainer, guiding and helping you show up. No sit ups, no laps - lots of introspection and application.

WHAT PEOPLE ARE SAYING
“I have worked with Kathy in a number of different roles for the past few years: As a co-creator of programs; as a student training to bring the gifts of compassion and insight into her leadership; as a non-profit leader totally dedicated to developing her organization as a vehicle for serving her community; as an educator supporting leaders to understand and embody behaviors of equity and inclusion. I’ve come to rely on Kathy’s multiple talents, deep caring and commitment, and the sheer delight of working with her. She is a wonderful and rare collection of talents and perspectives bundled together in an engaging personality.”
— Margaret J. Wheatley | Speaker, Teacher, Advisor and Author of nine books
“Kathy is a natural born, inquisitive, and dynamic leader. She was loved by many and always possessed a natural love for giving back to her community. She took Leadership Snohomish County to new levels, and was constantly devoted to continuous improvement to make the program better and stronger. Leadership Snohomish County thrived under her leadership. She is empathetic, culturally sensitive, and possess excellent coaching skills. She inspired other leaders to tap into their greatest potential by sharing her own personal stories of triumph and success. She showed a particular interest and investment to building up leaders of color in the community, and was always open to hearing their feedback about barriers they encountered. She is a supportive ally and committed to transformative leadership. I give her the highest recommendation.”
— Dr. Ciera Graham- Graves | Student Affairs Professional, Career Coach, Freelance Writer, Business Owner, Visionary and Change maker
“Kathy creates connections almost immediately with others. She is honest, open and vulnerable as a leader and coach of others who lead. One of her superpowers is sensing ‘what matters most’ and helping others pay attention to purpose, priorities, and navigating complexity. She has many tools and skills to teach others and strengthen them for the work ahead. Kathy holds a big picture understanding and can work in complexity. She is well-equipped to lead us through these challenging times as well as coaching others to lead most effectively in these times. She thinks deeply about actions and impact, personal overwhelm and boundaries, self-care and sustainability, strategy recognizing opportunity, and how we get where we are headed while we support each other. I’ve learned from Kathy ways to use my creativity in my work, and to continuously be learning and teaching, as she has helped me see my gifts. I highly recommend Kathy for your team, group, or as an individual coach.”
— Sarri Gilman | Overwhelm Recovery Workshops, Online Classes, Workshops, Speaker, TEDx Speaker, Author, Psychotherapist
“What differences in our communities actually make a difference? What can help to release the creativity and leadership we all have? How do we act so everyone has equitable access to power? Kathy lives with these questions and then gets up in the morning and does something about them. She's creative, imaginative, dedicated. She does what she says she will do and does it by the time it's needed. She takes initiative and she offers support. She laughs and she cries. Kathy is one of those rare individuals who sees patterns and possibilities and knows that we can start anywhere and follow the energy everywhere.”

You’re ready to take the next step.
Change is on the horizon as you know that learning has taken place but are not quite sure how to assess it. It can be hard to imagine what transformation support even looks like day to day. That’s okay. Our most successful engagements begin with nothing more than a candid conversation.
“Begin at the beginning and go on till you come to the end: then stop.”
