catalyst
Using observation and intuition to work with others to create what is possible.
A catalyst ignites action. Affecting change, kindling a new idea or simply seeing something in a different light. They instinctively know how to motivate.. We strive to be that catalyst through active listening, providing balanced feedback, building trust, collaboration and direction, and aligning actions with strategy. We will work to readily move people to action.
"You can be a catalyst for change but change never really entirely happens just because of one guy." – Robert Griffin III
community
Creating awareness of diverse voices to shape perspectives and build networks of support and service.
The foundation of the work we do is rooted in community. Creating it. Connecting it. Sustaining it. Our work is based in bringing individuals together to learn and find solutions through peer learning and treating your workplace or region as a community. How will we create a future that's not just an improvement, but one that is more deeply connected and fulfilling? The answer to that question is community.
“It is time to stop waiting for someone to save us. It is time to face the truth of our situation - that we're all in this together, that we all have a voice - and figure out how to mobilize the hearts and minds of everyone in our workplaces and communities.” – Meg Wheatley
Regeneration
Going beyond sustainability and resilience for lasting systemic change that increases capacity.
We make connections to foster interdependence and self reliance. We work to frame the structures we all work in our day to day operations and lives as systems. Will the work we are doing increase the vitality and access to all of the parts of our system? Or will it reinforce privilege to some parts at the expense of others? Are we extracting resources rather than regenerating them? We take the time to see clearly where we have been to learn best how to chart the course moving forward. We ask “What is needed now?”
“Regeneration is a process by which people, institutions, and materials evolve the capacity to fulfill their inherent potential in a world that is constantly changing around them. This can only be accomplished by going back to their roots, their origins, or their foundings to discover what is truly singular or essential about them. Bringing this essential core forward in order to express it as new capacity and relevance is another way to describe the activity of regeneration. In other words, regeneration is the means by which enlightened, disruptive innovation happens.”

gathering
Bringing together purpose, intentionality and values to how we operate when we convene with one or many to increase outcomes and connectedness.
We work to find the right blend of approaches yielded from the Art of Hosting to find a way to harness the collective wisdom with those that we are working with. Listening and conversation are key to build relationships and a foundation of trust. Our gatherings have purpose to assure that our time is respected and optimized.
"Movements are born of critical connections rather than critical mass.” – Grace Lee Boggs
